🍽️ Yogurt pudding with vanilla cream

Ingredients
- 200 ml milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 sheets white gelatin
- 200 g yogurt
- 3 strawberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 vanilla pod
- 0.125 l whipping cream
- 0.25 l milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 60 g sugar
Instructions
- 1. Heat the milk with the sugar.
- 2. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
- 3. Squeeze the gelatin well.
- 4. Add the gelatin to the hot milk.
- 5. Stir until the gelatin has dissolved.
- 6. Let the mixture cool down while stirring occasionally.
- 7. Stir in the yogurt.
- 8. Fill the mixture into 4 small glasses.
- 9. Chill the glasses for at least 3 hours.
- 10. Clean the strawberries.
- 11. Quarter the strawberries.
- 12. Mix the strawberries with the sugar.
- 13. Let the strawberries macerate.
- 14. Slice open the vanilla pod.
- 15. Heat the cream and milk with the vanilla pod.
- 16. Remove the vanilla pod.
- 17. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy.
- 18. Pour the hot cream-milk mixture slowly into the egg yolks.
- 19. Whisk the cream in a water bath with a whisk until thick.
- 20. Let the cream cool down slightly.
- 21. Fill the cream onto the firm yogurt pudding.
- 22. Chill the glasses for approx. 1 hour.
- 23. Distribute the strawberries on the cream.
- 24. Serve the pudding.
