  2. 2. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
  3. 3. Squeeze the gelatin well.
  4. 4. Add the gelatin to the hot milk.
  5. 5. Stir until the gelatin has dissolved.
  6. 6. Let the mixture cool down while stirring occasionally.
  7. 7. Stir in the yogurt.
  8. 8. Fill the mixture into 4 small glasses.
  9. 9. Chill the glasses for at least 3 hours.
  10. 10. Clean the strawberries.
  11. 11. Quarter the strawberries.
  12. 12. Mix the strawberries with the sugar.
  13. 13. Let the strawberries macerate.
  14. 14. Slice open the vanilla pod.
  15. 15. Heat the cream and milk with the vanilla pod.
  16. 16. Remove the vanilla pod.
  17. 17. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy.
  18. 18. Pour the hot cream-milk mixture slowly into the egg yolks.
  19. 19. Whisk the cream in a water bath with a whisk until thick.
  20. 20. Let the cream cool down slightly.
  21. 21. Fill the cream onto the firm yogurt pudding.
  22. 22. Chill the glasses for approx. 1 hour.
  23. 23. Distribute the strawberries on the cream.
  24. 24. Serve the pudding.
