🍽️ Airy Yogurt Mousse with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 bunch dill
- 200 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 sheets gelatin
- 125 g whipping cream
- 4 tbsp cucumber slices
- 400 g smoked salmon (sliced)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the dill sprigs under running water.
- 2. Gently dry the dill and chop it finely.
- 3. Soak the gelatin leaves in a bowl of cold water.
- 4. Remove the gelatin from the water and squeeze it lightly.
- 5. Melt the gelatin in a small saucepan over very low heat.
- 6. Stir the liquid gelatin into the yogurt.
- 7. Fold the chopped dill into the yogurt mixture.
- 8. Season the mixture with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 9. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- 10. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture.
- 11. Fill the mixture into four small molds.
- 12. Place the molds in the refrigerator until the mousse is firm.
- 13. Turn out the finished mousse onto the plates.
- 14. Garnish the mousse with slices of smoked salmon.
- 15. Add cubes of cucumber as decoration.
