🍽️ Aromatic Yogurt Marinade

Ingredients
- 400 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp turmeric
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp oil
- cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and the garlic clove.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan over low heat.
- 4. Cook the onion and garlic mixture in the hot oil.
- 5. Stir turmeric into the onion mixture.
- 6. Fry the mixture for another half minute.
- 7. Place the warm onion mixture into a mortar.
- 8. Pound and grind the mixture with a pestle until it forms a smooth paste.
- 9. Thoroughly mix the paste with the yogurt.
- 10. Sprinkle the finished marinade with fresh coriander.
