🍽️ Fruity Yogurt Ice with Blackberries

Ingredients
- 300 g yogurt
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 egg white
- 300 g blackberries
Instructions
- 1. Put the yogurt, one packet of vanilla sugar, and the honey into a metal bowl.
- 2. Stir the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- 3. Whip the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
- 4. Gently fold the stiffly whipped egg whites into the yogurt mixture.
- 5. Place the covered bowl in the ice cream maker for about 2 hours.
- 6. Stir the mixture repeatedly during the freezing process.
- 7. Wash the blackberries thoroughly and remove any leaves or stems.
- 8. Drain the berries and set aside a few nice ones for decoration.
- 9. Puree the remaining blackberries and push the mixture through a sieve.
- 10. Sweeten the blackberry mixture with the remaining vanilla sugar.
- 11. Place the blackberry sauce in a cool place, covered.
- 12. Take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it thaw at room temperature for a few minutes.
- 13. Mix the ice cream with a hand blender until it is smooth and creamy.
- 14. Scoop balls out of the ice cream.
- 15. Serve the ice cream balls with the blackberry sauce and the reserved fresh berries.
