Ingredients
- 150 g yogurt
- lime (juice)
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 0.25 tsp cumin
- 0.25 tsp chili powder
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Mix the yoghurt with the creme fraiche, oil, cumin, and chili powder in a bowl. Peel the garlic clove and press it directly into the mixture.
- 2. Finally, season the dip to taste with lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
