🍽️ Sesame Yoghurt Dip

Ingredients
- 150 Tahini (sesame paste, health food store)
- 2 garlic cloves
- juice of one lemon
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 3 tbsp whipping cream
- 0.25 tsp ground coriander
- 0.25 tsp cumin
- salt
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove.
- 2. Press the garlic through a garlic press directly into the sesame paste.
- 3. Stir in the lemon juice.
- 4. Add the yoghurt and stir it in.
- 5. Add the cream and stir it in.
- 6. Season the dip with coriander.
- 7. Season the dip with cumin.
- 8. Season the dip with salt.
- 9. Place the dip in the refrigerator to chill.
- 10. Heat a pan without fat.
- 11. Lightly toast the sesame seeds in the pan.
- 12. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the finished dip.
- 13. Serve the dip with flatbread.
