🍰 Strawberry Yoghurt Towers

Ingredients
- 300 g yogurt
- 100 g whipping cream
- 100 g sugar
- 450 g strawberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- mint
Instructions
- 1. Add 50 grams of sugar to the yoghurt.
- 2. Stir the yoghurt well until the sugar has dissolved.
- 3. Whip the cream until it is stiff.
- 4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yoghurt.
- 5. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 6. Remove the green stems and any unattractive spots.
- 7. Set aside six nice strawberries for decoration.
- 8. Chop the remaining strawberries into small pieces.
- 9. Place the chopped strawberries in a pot.
- 10. Add one cup of water.
- 11. Add the lemon juice.
- 12. Add the remaining sugar.
- 13. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes.
- 14. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 15. Puree the strawberry mixture until smooth.
- 16. Let the puree cool down completely.
- 17. Layer the cooled strawberry puree and the yoghurt cream alternately in glasses.
- 18. Decorate the glasses with the reserved whole strawberries.
- 19. Add a few mint leaves as a garnish.
