  1. 1. Add 50 grams of sugar to the yoghurt.
  2. 2. Stir the yoghurt well until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. 3. Whip the cream until it is stiff.
  4. 4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yoghurt.
  5. 5. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
  6. 6. Remove the green stems and any unattractive spots.
  7. 7. Set aside six nice strawberries for decoration.
  8. 8. Chop the remaining strawberries into small pieces.
  9. 9. Place the chopped strawberries in a pot.
  10. 10. Add one cup of water.
  11. 11. Add the lemon juice.
  12. 12. Add the remaining sugar.
  13. 13. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the pot from the heat.
  15. 15. Puree the strawberry mixture until smooth.
  16. 16. Let the puree cool down completely.
  17. 17. Layer the cooled strawberry puree and the yoghurt cream alternately in glasses.
  18. 18. Decorate the glasses with the reserved whole strawberries.
  19. 19. Add a few mint leaves as a garnish.
