🍰 Fruity Strawberry Yogurt Cream

Ingredients
- 400 g strawberries
- 500 g yogurt
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch vanilla paste
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the strawberries thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Remove the green stems and leaves from all berries.
- 3. Set aside four whole berries for decoration.
- 4. Puree six strawberries into a fine pulp.
- 5. Press the strawberry puree through a fine sieve to obtain a smooth coulis.
- 6. Cut the remaining strawberries into small cubes or thin slices.
- 7. Place the yogurt in a large bowl.
- 8. Add the crème fraîche, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla.
- 9. Stir the ingredients until smooth and creamy with a spoon or whisk.
- 10. Take a small portion of the strawberry coulis and set it aside.
- 11. Gently fold the cut strawberries into the yogurt cream.
- 12. Fill the yogurt-strawberry mixture into small glasses or bowls.
- 13. Drizzle the dessert with the remaining strawberry coulis.
- 14. Decorate each cup with the four reserved whole strawberries.
