  1. 1. Rinse the strawberries thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Remove the green stems and leaves from all berries.
  3. 3. Set aside four whole berries for decoration.
  4. 4. Puree six strawberries into a fine pulp.
  5. 5. Press the strawberry puree through a fine sieve to obtain a smooth coulis.
  6. 6. Cut the remaining strawberries into small cubes or thin slices.
  7. 7. Place the yogurt in a large bowl.
  8. 8. Add the crème fraîche, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla.
  9. 9. Stir the ingredients until smooth and creamy with a spoon or whisk.
  10. 10. Take a small portion of the strawberry coulis and set it aside.
  11. 11. Gently fold the cut strawberries into the yogurt cream.
  12. 12. Fill the yogurt-strawberry mixture into small glasses or bowls.
  13. 13. Drizzle the dessert with the remaining strawberry coulis.
  14. 14. Decorate each cup with the four reserved whole strawberries.
