🍰 Fruity Yogurt Quark Layer Cake

Ingredients
- 40 g ladyfinger biscuits (6 ladyfinger biscuits)
- 2 tbsp passion fruit juice
- 75 g strawberries (6 strawberries)
- 2 tbsp yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp low-fat quark
- 2 halves apricots (can)
- 1 tsp pistachios
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Place the ladyfinger biscuits flat in a small dish.
- 2. Drizzle the passion fruit juice evenly over the biscuits.
- 3. Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems.
- 4. Set aside one nice strawberry for decoration.
- 5. Cut the remaining strawberries into small cubes.
- 6. Sprinkle the strawberry cubes evenly over the biscuits.
- 7. Stir yogurt and quark in a small bowl until creamy.
- 8. Spread the quark-yogurt mixture evenly over the strawberries.
- 9. Let the apricot halves drain well.
- 10. Cut the apricots into thin wedges.
- 11. Roughly chop the pistachios.
- 12. Place the reserved strawberry in the center of the dessert.
- 13. Arrange the apricot wedges around the strawberry like flower petals.
- 14. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the dessert.
- 15. Drizzle some honey over the finished layer cake.
- 16. Serve the dessert immediately.
