  1. 1. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut the grapes in half.
  3. 3. Juice half of one mandarin orange.
  4. 4. Peel the other half of the mandarin orange.
  5. 5. Separate the peeled mandarin into segments.
  6. 6. Cut the mandarin segments in half lengthwise.
  7. 7. Whisk the yogurt together with the fresh mandarin juice.
  8. 8. Stir the honey into the yogurt mixture.
  9. 9. Gently fold the oat flakes into the yogurt mixture.
  10. 10. Place the prepared yogurt muesli mixture into a bowl.
  11. 11. Garnish the top of the muesli with the halved grapes.
  12. 12. Add the mandarin segments to the muesli.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top.
