  1. 1. Put the cereal mix and the butter into a pan.
  2. 2. Toast the mixture while stirring until it smells fragrant.
  3. 3. Stir the vanilla sugar into the warm mixture.
  4. 4. Spread the muesli on a plate and let it cool down completely.
  5. 5. Add the lemon juice to the yoghurt and mix it well.
  6. 6. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  7. 7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yoghurt.
  8. 8. Sort through the berries and remove any stems or leaves.
  9. 9. Wash the berries thoroughly and pat them dry.
  10. 10. Cut the berries into small pieces.
  11. 11. Spoon a layer of yoghurt into the glasses.
  12. 12. Add a layer of the fresh berries.
  13. 13. Sprinkle a portion of the cooled crunchy muesli over the berries.
  14. 14. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full.
  15. 15. Serve the dessert immediately.
