🍳 Crunchy Joghurt Muesli with Berries

Ingredients
- 150 g 5-grain flakes
- 1 tsp Butter
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 400 g plain yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice (to taste)
- 150 ml whipping cream
- 400 g strawberries
- 6 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Put the cereal mix and the butter into a pan.
- 2. Toast the mixture while stirring until it smells fragrant.
- 3. Stir the vanilla sugar into the warm mixture.
- 4. Spread the muesli on a plate and let it cool down completely.
- 5. Add the lemon juice to the yoghurt and mix it well.
- 6. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- 7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yoghurt.
- 8. Sort through the berries and remove any stems or leaves.
- 9. Wash the berries thoroughly and pat them dry.
- 10. Cut the berries into small pieces.
- 11. Spoon a layer of yoghurt into the glasses.
- 12. Add a layer of the fresh berries.
- 13. Sprinkle a portion of the cooled crunchy muesli over the berries.
- 14. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full.
- 15. Serve the dessert immediately.
