🍽️ Creamy Yogurt with Fresh Oranges

Ingredients
- 400 g cream yogurt (2 cups)
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 2 oranges
- honey (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the yogurt with a whisk until it is creamy. Lightly toast the pine nuts in a non-stick pan. Peel the oranges, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and collect the juice that comes out.
- 2. Grate fine peel strips (zests) from one of the orange peels. Mix the orange slices and the collected juice into the yogurt. Sprinkle the toasted pine nuts on top and garnish the dish with the orange zest. Sweeten to taste with a little honey if desired.
