🍳 Fruity Muesli with Pear and Yogurt

Ingredients
- 50 g Oat flakes
- 1 tsp Chopped hazelnuts
- 1 tsp Currants
- 1 Pear
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 100 g Yogurt
- 1 tsp Pear syrup
- 1 Pinch Cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Put the oat flakes, the nuts, and the currants into a bowl.
- 2. Mix the dry ingredients well together.
- 3. Wash the pear under running water.
- 4. Cut the pear into four equal pieces.
- 5. Remove the core from each pear piece.
- 6. Slice the pear pieces into thin slices.
- 7. Drizzle the pear slices immediately with the lemon juice.
- 8. Take two-thirds of the prepared pear slices.
- 9. Mix these pear pieces with the yogurt.
- 10. Stir the pear syrup and the cinnamon into the yogurt-pear mixture.
- 11. Place the flake mixture on a plate.
- 12. Distribute the yogurt-pear mixture evenly over the flakes.
- 13. Take the remaining pear slices.
- 14. Place the remaining pear slices on top of the muesli as decoration.
