  1. 1. Put the oat flakes, the nuts, and the currants into a bowl.
  2. 2. Mix the dry ingredients well together.
  3. 3. Wash the pear under running water.
  4. 4. Cut the pear into four equal pieces.
  5. 5. Remove the core from each pear piece.
  6. 6. Slice the pear pieces into thin slices.
  7. 7. Drizzle the pear slices immediately with the lemon juice.
  8. 8. Take two-thirds of the prepared pear slices.
  9. 9. Mix these pear pieces with the yogurt.
  10. 10. Stir the pear syrup and the cinnamon into the yogurt-pear mixture.
  11. 11. Place the flake mixture on a plate.
  12. 12. Distribute the yogurt-pear mixture evenly over the flakes.
  13. 13. Take the remaining pear slices.
  14. 14. Place the remaining pear slices on top of the muesli as decoration.
