🍽️ Yogurt Dessert with Honey and Nuts

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp liquid honey to taste (e.g. buttercup honey)
- 6 tbsp whole hazelnuts
- 500 g natural yogurt
- 0.5 untreated lemon (use the juice and zest)
- almond blossoms (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Pour the honey into the glasses and sprinkle the hazelnuts on top.
- 2. Mix the plain yogurt with the lemon juice and lemon zest. Spoon the mixture over the honey and serve garnished with almond blossoms.
