🍳 Crunchy Oats with Fresh Apples and Honey

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp coarse oat flakes
- 4 apples
- Juice of 1/2 lemons
- 500 g low-fat milk yogurt
- 4 tsp honey
- Lemon balm (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Place the oats in a small frying pan.
- 2. Toast the oats without adding any fat.
- 3. Rinse the apples under running water.
- 4. Cut the apples into quarters.
- 5. Remove the core from the apple pieces.
- 6. Dice the apple pieces into small cubes.
- 7. Drizzle the apple pieces with lemon juice.
- 8. Stir the apple pieces into the yogurt.
- 9. Sprinkle the toasted oats over the yogurt and apple mixture.
- 10. Drizzle honey over the dish.
- 11. Garnish with a few fresh lemon balm leaves.
