🍽️ Yogurt with caramelized apple slices

Ingredients
- 2 Apples
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 30 g chopped hazelnut kernels (2 tbsp)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 300 g Greek yogurt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples under running water.
- 2. Cut the apples into quarters.
- 3. Remove the core from the apple pieces.
- 4. Slice the apple pieces into thin slices.
- 5. Drizzle the apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- 6. Heat a pan over medium heat.
- 7. Toast the hazelnuts in the dry pan until golden brown.
- 8. Remove the toasted hazelnuts from the pan.
- 9. Set the hazelnuts aside.
- 10. Melt the coconut oil in the same pan.
- 11. Cook the apple slices in the oil until soft over medium heat.
- 12. Stir the apples occasionally while cooking.
- 13. Sprinkle the finished apples with cinnamon.
- 14. Fill the yogurt into two small bowls.
- 15. Place the warm apple slices on top of the yogurt.
- 16. Sprinkle the toasted hazelnuts over the dish.
