  2. 2. Cut the apples into quarters.
  3. 3. Remove the core from the apple pieces.
  4. 4. Slice the apple pieces into thin slices.
  5. 5. Drizzle the apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  6. 6. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  7. 7. Toast the hazelnuts in the dry pan until golden brown.
  8. 8. Remove the toasted hazelnuts from the pan.
  9. 9. Set the hazelnuts aside.
  10. 10. Melt the coconut oil in the same pan.
  11. 11. Cook the apple slices in the oil until soft over medium heat.
  12. 12. Stir the apples occasionally while cooking.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the finished apples with cinnamon.
  14. 14. Fill the yogurt into two small bowls.
  15. 15. Place the warm apple slices on top of the yogurt.
  16. 16. Sprinkle the toasted hazelnuts over the dish.
