🍽️ Fruity Yogurt with Walnuts

Ingredients
- 300 g strawberry yogurt
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp honey
- 50 g walnut kernels
- 2 mandarins
- 1 banana
- lemon juice
- 1 apple
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the yogurt with the honey and cream until smooth.
- 2. Roughly chop the walnut kernels.
- 3. Set aside a few whole or halved nut pieces for decoration.
- 4. Stir the remaining chopped walnuts into the yogurt cream.
- 5. Peel the mandarin oranges.
- 6. Separate the mandarins into segments.
- 7. Wash the apple thoroughly.
- 8. Cut the apple in half through the center.
- 9. Remove the core from the apple halves.
- 10. Slice the apple halves into thin wedges.
- 11. Drizzle the apple slices immediately with a little lemon juice to prevent browning.
- 12. Peel the banana.
- 13. Slice the banana diagonally.
- 14. Drizzle the banana slices with lemon juice as well.
- 15. Fill the yogurt cream into the serving glasses.
- 16. Garnish the glasses with the reserved walnut pieces.
- 17. Serve the yogurt together with the prepared fruit.
