  2. 2. Roughly chop the walnut kernels.
  3. 3. Set aside a few whole or halved nut pieces for decoration.
  4. 4. Stir the remaining chopped walnuts into the yogurt cream.
  5. 5. Peel the mandarin oranges.
  6. 6. Separate the mandarins into segments.
  7. 7. Wash the apple thoroughly.
  8. 8. Cut the apple in half through the center.
  9. 9. Remove the core from the apple halves.
  10. 10. Slice the apple halves into thin wedges.
  11. 11. Drizzle the apple slices immediately with a little lemon juice to prevent browning.
  12. 12. Peel the banana.
  13. 13. Slice the banana diagonally.
  14. 14. Drizzle the banana slices with lemon juice as well.
  15. 15. Fill the yogurt cream into the serving glasses.
  16. 16. Garnish the glasses with the reserved walnut pieces.
  17. 17. Serve the yogurt together with the prepared fruit.
