🍽️ Fig and Yogurt with Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
- 400 g Yogurt
- 3 Figs
- 2 tbsp Heavy cream
- 60 g Dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 0.5 Unpeeled Orange (use the zest)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the figs thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the figs into six equal pieces.
- 3. Pour the cream into a heatproof bowl.
- 4. Add the honey and the chopped chocolate to the cream.
- 5. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water (bain-marie).
- 6. Stir the mixture gently until the chocolate and honey have completely melted.
- 7. Remove the bowl from the pot.
- 8. Add the orange zest and the prepared fig pieces to the warm chocolate-cream mixture.
- 9. Gently fold the figs in until they are completely coated with the sauce.
- 10. Fill the yogurt into individual serving glasses.
- 11. Pour the fig-filled chocolate sauce directly over the yogurt.
- 12. Serve the dessert immediately.
