🍰 Strawberry Yogurt with Mint

Ingredients
- 300 g Greek yogurt
- 3 tsp liquid honey
- 0.25 tsp lime zest
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 500 g fresh strawberries
- fresh mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Mix the yogurt with the honey and the grated lime zest.
- 2. Whip the cream until stiff.
- 3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt.
- 4. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and pat them dry.
- 5. Cut the strawberries into quarters.
- 6. Distribute about half of the strawberry pieces onto the glasses.
- 7. Place the yogurt-cream mixture loosely on top of the strawberries.
- 8. Garnish the dessert with the remaining strawberries and fresh mint.
