  2. 2. Thoroughly wash the blueberries under running water.
  3. 3. Let the blueberries drain completely in a colander.
  4. 4. Stir the yogurt with a spoon or whisk until it is completely smooth and free of lumps.
  5. 5. Fold the finely grated lemon zest into the yogurt.
  6. 6. Now mix the yogurt with the honey until everything is evenly combined.
  7. 7. Set aside a small amount of the lemon zest to use as decoration later.
  8. 8. Divide the yogurt evenly among four small bowls.
  9. 9. Place the drained blueberries on top of the yogurt.
  10. 10. Sprinkle the reserved lemon zest over the blueberries.
  11. 11. Serve the dessert immediately.
