🍳 Blueberry Yogurt with Lemon Zest

Ingredients
- 600 g blueberries
- 600 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 2 tsp grated organic lemon zest
- 2 tsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Remove any damaged or unripe blueberries from the batch.
- 2. Thoroughly wash the blueberries under running water.
- 3. Let the blueberries drain completely in a colander.
- 4. Stir the yogurt with a spoon or whisk until it is completely smooth and free of lumps.
- 5. Fold the finely grated lemon zest into the yogurt.
- 6. Now mix the yogurt with the honey until everything is evenly combined.
- 7. Set aside a small amount of the lemon zest to use as decoration later.
- 8. Divide the yogurt evenly among four small bowls.
- 9. Place the drained blueberries on top of the yogurt.
- 10. Sprinkle the reserved lemon zest over the blueberries.
- 11. Serve the dessert immediately.
