🍳 Colorful Yogurt Bowl with Berries, Nuts, and Chocolate

Ingredients
- 400 g yogurt (3.5 % fat)
- 150 g strawberries
- 100 g blueberries
- 40 g dark chocolate (min. 70 % cocoa content)
- 50 g pecan nut kernels
- 2 tsp flaxseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Stir the yogurt vigorously until it is creamy and smooth.
- 2. Divide the yogurt evenly between two bowls.
- 3. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 4. Rinse the strawberries under running water.
- 5. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
- 6. Wash the blueberries thoroughly.
- 7. Pat the blueberries dry with a kitchen towel.
- 8. Chop the dark chocolate into coarse pieces.
- 9. Coarsely chop the cashews as well.
- 10. Distribute the prepared berries over the yogurt in the bowls.
- 11. Sprinkle the chopped chocolate and cashews over the bowls.
- 12. Drizzle some flaxseed oil over the finished bowl.
