🍽️ Yogurt Bowl with Apricots and Nuts

Ingredients
- 500 g semi-fat Greek yogurt
- 8 dried apricots (soft, finely chopped)
- 2 apples (peeled and finely diced, drizzled with a little lemon juice)
- 4 tbsp finely chopped nuts (to taste, e.g. hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios, cashews...)
- liquid honey
Instructions
- 1. Divide the yogurt evenly among four plates.
- 2. Top the yogurt with apricots, apple pieces, and one tablespoon of chopped nuts each.
- 3. Drizzle one to two tablespoons of honey over each serving and serve.
