  1. 1. Put the yoghurt and olive oil into a small bowl.
  2. 2. Whisk the mixture with a whisk until it is completely smooth and creamy.
  3. 3. Carefully pluck the mint leaves off the stems.
  4. 4. Set aside a few nice leaves for decoration.
  5. 5. Finely chop the rest of the mint.
  6. 6. Mix the chopped mint into the yoghurt.
  7. 7. Season the sauce with a pinch of salt.
  8. 8. Transfer the sauce to a serving dish.
  9. 9. Garnish the surface with the reserved mint leaves.
