  1. 1. Stir the yoghurt and crème fraîche in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. 2. Rinse the mint and chervil under running water.
  3. 3. Shake the herbs dry so that no water remains on the leaves.
  4. 4. Finely chop the mint and chervil leaves.
  5. 5. Finely chop the chives as well.
  6. 6. Grate some lemon zest (only the colored part, not the white pith).
  7. 7. Fold in the chopped herbs, chives, and lemon zest into the yoghurt cream.
  8. 8. Season the sauce with some lemon juice, salt, and pepper to your taste.
  9. 9. Transfer the finished sauce into small bowls.
  10. 10. Garnish the bowls with fresh coriander leaves and mint.
  11. 11. Serve the dip now.
