🍽️ Fresh Yoghurt Herb Dip

Ingredients
- 300 g yogurt
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 2 sprigs mint
- 3 sprigs chervil
- 2 tbsp chive rings
- 1 untreated lemon (zest and juice)
- salt
- pepper

Instructions
- 1. Stir the yoghurt and crème fraîche in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- 2. Rinse the mint and chervil under running water.
- 3. Shake the herbs dry so that no water remains on the leaves.
- 4. Finely chop the mint and chervil leaves.
- 5. Finely chop the chives as well.
- 6. Grate some lemon zest (only the colored part, not the white pith).
- 7. Fold in the chopped herbs, chives, and lemon zest into the yoghurt cream.
- 8. Season the sauce with some lemon juice, salt, and pepper to your taste.
- 9. Transfer the finished sauce into small bowls.
- 10. Garnish the bowls with fresh coriander leaves and mint.
- 11. Serve the dip now.
