🍽️ Creamy Yoghurt Garlic Sauce with Toasted Sesame

Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 500 g yoghurt
- 2 tbsp whipping cream
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp parsley
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 2. Press the garlic directly into the yoghurt.
- 3. Stir the cream into the yoghurt-garlic mixture until it is completely smooth.
- 4. Season the sauce with a pinch of salt.
- 5. Transfer the finished sauce into a small bowl.
- 6. Heat a pan and toast the sesame seeds in it without adding any extra fat.
- 7. Finely chop the parsley.
- 8. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds and the parsley over the yoghurt sauce.
