  3. 3. Stir the cream into the yoghurt-garlic mixture until it is completely smooth.
  4. 4. Season the sauce with a pinch of salt.
  5. 5. Transfer the finished sauce into a small bowl.
  6. 6. Heat a pan and toast the sesame seeds in it without adding any extra fat.
  7. 7. Finely chop the parsley.
  8. 8. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds and the parsley over the yoghurt sauce.
