🍰 Fruity Yogurt Cherry Ice

Ingredients
- 250 g cherries
- 0.5 lemon
- 500 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 150 ml whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the cherries under running water.
- 2. Remove the pits from the cherries.
- 3. Cut the pitted cherries into small pieces.
- 4. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 5. Stir the lemon juice into the yogurt in a bowl.
- 6. Whip the cream in a separate bowl until it is firm.
- 7. Gently fold the chopped cherries into the whipped cream.
- 8. Distribute the yogurt-cream mixture evenly among 10 ice pop molds.
- 9. Place the molds in the freezer for about 1 hour to let the mixture set.
- 10. Insert the ice pop sticks into the partially frozen molds.
- 11. Let the ice pops freeze completely for another approx. 2 hours.
