  1. 1. Wash the raspberries and puree them. Press the puree through a fine sieve to remove the seeds. Whisk the yogurt, clabber (thick sour milk), powdered sugar, and the seeds from the vanilla pod together in a separate bowl.
  2. 2. Mix half of the white cream with the raspberry puree. Layer the pink and white creams alternately into four glasses. Chill the glasses in the refrigerator for one hour until cold, then serve.
