  1. 1. Wash the raspberries and remove any hard stems or unripe berries.
  2. 2. Place the raspberries in a blender.
  3. 3. Add lemon juice and sugar.
  4. 4. Blend the mixture until it is fine and smooth.
  5. 5. Decide whether you want to strain the puree through a sieve to remove seeds.
  6. 6. Take four teaspoons of the raspberry puree and set it aside.
  7. 7. Wash the mint.
  8. 8. Shake the mint dry thoroughly.
  9. 9. Crumble the cookies roughly with your hands.
  10. 10. Distribute the cookie crumbs onto the glasses.
  11. 11. Pour the remaining raspberry puree over the cookies.
  12. 12. Add two tablespoons of yogurt to each.
  13. 13. Place one teaspoon of the reserved raspberry puree on top.
  14. 14. Garnish each dessert with two mint leaves.
  15. 15. Serve the dessert.
