🍽️ Yogurt Chicken

Ingredients
- 400 g chicken pieces
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 allspice berries
- 1 onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 10 g garam masala
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 g yogurt
- 30 g butter
- 4 tbsp oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken under cold running water and pat it dry with a paper towel.
- 2. Mix the chicken pieces in a bowl with 200 grams of yogurt.
- 3. Let the chicken marinate in the yogurt for 2 hours.
- 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let it drain well.
- 5. Heat oil in a large frying pan.
- 6. Fry the chicken pieces on all sides for a short time until lightly browned.
- 7. Remove the chicken pieces from the pan and set them aside.
- 8. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
- 9. Finely chop the allspice berries.
- 10. Peel the onion and chop it finely.
- 11. Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove the core, and cut it into pieces.
- 12. Wash the tomatoes, briefly pour boiling water over them, peel them, and cut them into small pieces.
- 13. Heat butter in a clean frying pan.
- 14. Sauté the garlic, allspice, onion, bell pepper, and tomatoes over low heat.
