  2. 2. Mix the chicken pieces in a bowl with 200 grams of yogurt.
  3. 3. Let the chicken marinate in the yogurt for 2 hours.
  4. 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let it drain well.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a large frying pan.
  6. 6. Fry the chicken pieces on all sides for a short time until lightly browned.
  7. 7. Remove the chicken pieces from the pan and set them aside.
  8. 8. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
  9. 9. Finely chop the allspice berries.
  10. 10. Peel the onion and chop it finely.
  11. 11. Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove the core, and cut it into pieces.
  12. 12. Wash the tomatoes, briefly pour boiling water over them, peel them, and cut them into small pieces.
  13. 13. Heat butter in a clean frying pan.
  14. 14. Sauté the garlic, allspice, onion, bell pepper, and tomatoes over low heat.
