  1. 1. Wash the raspberries thoroughly.
  2. 2. Let the raspberries drain.
  3. 3. Set aside some fresh raspberries for decoration.
  4. 4. Take the remaining part of the raspberries.
  5. 5. Mix the remaining raspberries with the sugar.
  6. 6. Heat the raspberry-sugar mixture briefly.
  7. 7. Press the warm mixture through a fine sieve.
  8. 8. Remove all seeds from the mixture in the process.
  9. 9. Stir the yogurt and cinnamon into the raspberry mixture.
  10. 10. Gently fold the cream into the mixture.
  11. 11. Place the finished mixture into a shallow metal bowl.
  12. 12. Place the bowl in the freezer for about 2 to 3 hours.
  13. 13. Stir the mixture every 20 minutes with a fork.
  14. 14. This prevents the formation of too large ice crystals.
  15. 15. Portion the mixture into individual glasses.
  16. 16. Decorate the glasses with the set-aside raspberries.
