🍰 Joghurt Raspberry Parfait

Ingredients
- 500 g fresh blackberries
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 250 g plain yogurt
- 100 g whipped cream
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Wash the raspberries thoroughly.
- 2. Let the raspberries drain.
- 3. Set aside some fresh raspberries for decoration.
- 4. Take the remaining part of the raspberries.
- 5. Mix the remaining raspberries with the sugar.
- 6. Heat the raspberry-sugar mixture briefly.
- 7. Press the warm mixture through a fine sieve.
- 8. Remove all seeds from the mixture in the process.
- 9. Stir the yogurt and cinnamon into the raspberry mixture.
- 10. Gently fold the cream into the mixture.
- 11. Place the finished mixture into a shallow metal bowl.
- 12. Place the bowl in the freezer for about 2 to 3 hours.
- 13. Stir the mixture every 20 minutes with a fork.
- 14. This prevents the formation of too large ice crystals.
- 15. Portion the mixture into individual glasses.
- 16. Decorate the glasses with the set-aside raspberries.
