🍽️ Fresh Yoghurt-Balsamicum Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 handful basil
- 150 g yoghurt
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp herb oil
- 1 tsp honey
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Carefully pluck the fresh basil leaves from the stems.
- 2. Place the basil leaves, yoghurt, lime juice, herb oil, and honey into a blender.
- 3. Blend the ingredients on high speed until you have a smooth and fine mixture.
- 4. Slowly pour in about 50 milliliters of water.
- 5. Blend again until the dressing reaches your preferred creamy consistency.
- 6. Optionally strain the dressing through a fine sieve to remove any remaining basil bits.
- 7. Finally, season the dressing to taste with salt, a bit more lime juice, and white pepper.
