  1. 1. Carefully pluck the fresh basil leaves from the stems.
  2. 2. Place the basil leaves, yoghurt, lime juice, herb oil, and honey into a blender.
  3. 3. Blend the ingredients on high speed until you have a smooth and fine mixture.
  4. 4. Slowly pour in about 50 milliliters of water.
  5. 5. Blend again until the dressing reaches your preferred creamy consistency.
  6. 6. Optionally strain the dressing through a fine sieve to remove any remaining basil bits.
  7. 7. Finally, season the dressing to taste with salt, a bit more lime juice, and white pepper.
