Ingredients
- 350 g cooked lamb meat
- 3 tbsp peanut oil
- 0.25 tsp mustard seeds
- 8 fenugreek seeds
- 100 g green bell peppers (cut lengthwise into thin strips)
- 2 green chili peppers (cut into thin strips)
- 2 onions (cut into half rings)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 0.25 tsp turmeric powder
- 0.75 tsp salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the meat into thin strips measuring approximately 0.5 by 7.5 centimeters.
- 2. Heat oil in a large pan.
- 3. Add cumin, mustard seeds, and fenugreek to the hot oil.
- 4. Wait until the spices start to sizzle and pop slightly.
- 5. Add paprika, chili, and onions to the pan.
- 6. Sauté the ingredients while stirring constantly until the onions begin to turn brown.
- 7. Add the meat to the pan.
- 8. Season the dish with Worcestershire sauce, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- 9. Cook the meat over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 10. Ensure that the meat is thoroughly heated through.
- 11. Taste and adjust the seasoning one last time.
- 12. Serve the dish immediately.
