  4. 4. Let the wings marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  6. 6. Place the baking tray on the middle rack.
  7. 7. Bake the wings for about 20 minutes.
  8. 8. The wings should be crispy and golden brown.
  9. 9. Chop the parsley coarsely.
  10. 10. Sprinkle the parsley over the wings.
  11. 11. Bake the wings for another 5 minutes.
  12. 12. Slice the tomato into very thin slices.
  13. 13. Place the tomato slices on a plate.
  14. 14. Stack the cooked chicken wings on top of the tomatoes.
  15. 15. Grate lemon zest over the top.
