🍽️ Fresh Napa Cabbage and Pear Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Napa cabbage
- 2 ripe pears
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 bunch chives
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Remove the hard stems from the napa cabbage and wash the leaves thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the napa cabbage leaves into thin strips.
- 3. Wash the pears thoroughly.
- 4. Cut the pears into quarters.
- 5. Remove the core from the pear quarters.
- 6. Cut the pear flesh into small cubes.
- 7. Pour the lemon juice over the pear cubes and stir them.
- 8. Cut the ham into small cubes.
- 9. Wash the chives and shake them dry.
- 10. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 11. Mix the oil with the vinegar in a small bowl.
- 12. Season the vinaigrette with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
- 13. Place the chopped napa cabbage, pear cubes, and ham cubes into a large bowl.
- 14. Pour the vinaigrette over the ingredients and mix everything well.
- 15. Fill the salad into small bowls.
- 16. Sprinkle the salad with the chive rings.
- 17. Serve the salad immediately.
