  2. 2. Let the dough cool down for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Knead the dough until it becomes elastic.
  4. 4. Shape the dough into a roll with a diameter of 4 centimeters.
  5. 5. Cut the roll into 10 equal pieces.
  6. 6. Cover the dough pieces with a damp cloth to prevent them from drying out.
  7. 7. Take one piece of dough and shape it into a flat disc with a diameter of 8 centimeters.
  8. 8. Make sure the edge of the disc is slightly thinner than the center.
  9. 9. Place 1 teaspoon of lotus paste in the center of the dough disc.
  10. 10. Pull the dough edge over the filling and carefully seal the ball.
  11. 11. Shape the ball into a smooth sphere.
  12. 12. Spread sesame seeds onto a plate.
