🍽️ Japanese buckwheat noodles with diced peppers

Ingredients
- 300 g Soba noodles (Japanese buckwheat noodles)
- 2 bell peppers (yellow and red)
- salt
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Halve the peppers and remove the insides along with the seeds.
- 3. Cut the pepper flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- 5. Add the pepper cubes to the hot pan.
- 6. Sauté the peppers over medium heat for about 8 minutes.
- 7. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- 8. Add the chili flakes to the peppers.
- 9. Sauté the chili flakes briefly with the peppers.
- 10. Remove the pan from the heat source.
- 11. Pour the soy sauce into the pan and mix well.
- 12. Cook the buckwheat noodles (Soba) according to the package instructions.
- 13. Drain the cooked noodles and let them drain briefly.
- 14. Add the drained noodles to the pan with the pepper mixture.
- 15. Toss the noodles well with the pan contents.
- 16. Season the noodles to taste with salt.
- 17. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
