  1. 1. Halve the bell pepper, remove the core, wash it, and cut it into strips. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Cut the chili lengthwise, remove the seeds, wash it, and cut it into thin strips.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil, sauté the bell pepper in it, and remove it from the pan. Heat the remaining oil, add the onion and chili, and sauté them. Stir in turmeric and the washed rice, sauté briefly, and deglaze with broth. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Wash the prawns and pat them dry. Slice the sausage. Drizzle the prawns and shrimp with lemon juice. Stir the shrimp, prawns, and sausage into the rice and cook covered for another 5 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
