🍽️ Grilled Scallops with Lemon

Ingredients
- 700 g Scallops (kitchen-ready; shelled)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Organic lemons
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the scallops under cold running water.
- 2. Then pat the scallops completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
- 4. Pat the lemon dry as well.
- 5. Squeeze half of the lemon to extract the juice.
- 6. Whisk the oil together with the fresh lemon juice in a bowl.
- 7. Toss the scallops in the oil-lemon mixture until they are well coated.
- 8. Preheat your grill to high heat.
- 9. Place the marinated scallops on the hot grill grate.
- 10. Grill the scallops for three to four minutes.
- 11. Turn the scallops once during the grilling process.
- 12. Season the cooked scallops with salt and pepper after grilling.
- 13. Slice the remaining half of the lemon into thin rounds.
- 14. Serve the grilled scallops on plates.
- 15. Garnish the dish with the lemon slices.
- 16. Add fresh herbs as a garnish according to your taste.
