🍽️ Grilled Ciabatta with Goat Cream Cheese, Rocket, and Peppers

Ingredients
- 1 Ciabatta
- 300 g Goat cream cheese
- 100 g Arugula
- 4 red bell peppers
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Switch the oven to the grill setting and preheat it.
- 2. Slice the ciabatta bread horizontally in half.
- 3. Divide the two halves into manageable pieces.
- 4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cut surfaces of the bread slices.
- 5. Rinse the rocket (arugula) under running water.
- 6. Remove any thick stems or wilted leaves from the rocket.
- 7. Distribute the prepared rocket over the bread slices coated with cheese.
- 8. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 9. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise.
- 10. Remove the inside of the peppers, including seeds and membranes.
- 11. Cut the pepper halves into thin strips.
- 12. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 13. Place the pepper strips on the tray with the skin side facing up.
- 14. Brush the peppers evenly with the oil.
- 15. Place the tray under the grill.
- 16. Grill the peppers for about 5 minutes.
- 17. Remove the tray as soon as the pepper skin starts to blister.
- 18. Distribute the grilled pepper strips over the ciabatta slices.
- 19. Season the buns finally with salt and pepper.
- 20. Serve the ciabatta immediately while warm.
