  2. 2. Cover the bowl and let the batter rest for 12 hours.
  3. 3. Stir the batter occasionally during the resting time.
  4. 4. Wash the rosemary and shake it dry.
  5. 5. Finely chop the rosemary needles.
  6. 6. Mix the chopped herbs with the oil and stir into the batter.
  7. 7. Line a springform pan with baking paper.
  8. 8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  9. 9. Smooth the surface of the batter.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (convection: 200 degrees Celsius; gas: level 3 to 4).
  11. 11. Bake the flatbread for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
  12. 12. Remove the bread from the oven.
  13. 13. Cut the flatbread into pieces.
  14. 14. Serve the pieces immediately.
