Ingredients
- 250 g chickpea flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 50 ml olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the flour, salt, and 500 milliliters of water until smooth.
- 2. Cover the bowl and let the batter rest for 12 hours.
- 3. Stir the batter occasionally during the resting time.
- 4. Wash the rosemary and shake it dry.
- 5. Finely chop the rosemary needles.
- 6. Mix the chopped herbs with the oil and stir into the batter.
- 7. Line a springform pan with baking paper.
- 8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- 9. Smooth the surface of the batter.
- 10. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (convection: 200 degrees Celsius; gas: level 3 to 4).
- 11. Bake the flatbread for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
- 12. Remove the bread from the oven.
- 13. Cut the flatbread into pieces.
- 14. Serve the pieces immediately.
