🍰 Creamy Zabaione with Raspberries

Ingredients
- 6 egg yolks
- 50 g raw cane sugar
- 100 ml liqueur wine (Marsala)
- 4 pieces ladyfingers
- 200 g raspberries
Instructions
- 1. Place the raspberries into the dessert glasses.
- 2. Set aside a few berries for decoration.
- 3. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar vigorously with a whisk.
- 4. Beat the mixture until it is frothy.
- 5. Place the bowl over a pot of hot water.
- 6. Ensure the bowl does not touch the water.
- 7. Stir the mixture until it becomes white and creamy.
- 8. Pour in the Marsala wine slowly.
- 9. Add the wine in small amounts.
- 10. Prevent the mixture from getting too hot.
- 11. Make sure the eggs do not curdle.
- 12. Remove the bowl from the double boiler.
- 13. Stir the cream briefly.
- 14. Ensure the temperature is even.
- 15. Fill the cream into the glasses.
- 16. Garnish the dessert with ladyfingers.
- 17. Use the reserved raspberries for decoration.
- 18. Serve the dessert.
