🍽️ Irish Coffee

Ingredients
- 0.125 l coffee
- 2 tsp cane sugar
- 40 ml whiskey
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Pour the Irish coffee into a special Irish coffee glass or another long, heat-resistant glass with a handle.
- 2. Add the sugar to the glass. Warm the whiskey and pour it over the sugar, or warm the glass over a small tea light. When the whiskey is warm, carefully ignite it with a burning match. Extinguish the flame with hot coffee.
- 3. Carefully pour the lightly whipped cream over the back of a spoon onto the coffee. Serve the drink with a pinch of cinnamon on top.
