Ingredients
- 40 ml Irish Whisky
- 1 cup coffee (hot, large)
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 50 g whipping cream
- 1 cinnamon stick
- cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Warm the coffee, whiskey, and sugar while stirring constantly until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- 2. Lightly whip the cream, place it as a topping on the coffee, and serve the drink garnished with a cinnamon stick and a dusting of cinnamon.
