Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 80 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 125 g butter
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- 3. Put the flour, the baking powder, a pinch of salt, the ground ginger, the grated orange peel, the orange juice, the sugar, the vanilla sugar, and the butter into a bowl.
- 4. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
- 5. Take small spoonfuls of dough and roll them into balls with a diameter of 2 to 3 centimeters.
- 6. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet.
- 7. Press the balls slightly flat.
- 8. Bake the cookies for about 12 minutes until they are golden brown.
- 9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet.
