Ingredients
- 1 thumb-sized piece ginger
- 1 lemon
- 2 apples
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the ginger thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the lemon in half.
- 3. Squeeze the juice from the lemon halves into a bowl.
- 4. Core the apples.
- 5. Wash the apples as well.
- 6. Cut the apples into four equal pieces.
- 7. Place the apple pieces and the washed ginger into the juicer.
- 8. Juice the fruit and ginger.
- 9. Pour the freshly pressed juice into the bowl with the lemon juice.
- 10. Season the mixture with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- 11. Stir everything well until the pepper is dissolved.
- 12. It is best to drink the shots fresh immediately.
- 13. Alternatively, you can freeze the mixture in portions.
- 14. Use an ice cube tray for this purpose.
