Ingredients
- 40 g Ginger (1 piece)
- 1 Lemon
- 1 stalk Celery
- 2 Apples
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the ginger thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the lemon in half.
- 3. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon halves.
- 4. Wash the celery and apples thoroughly.
- 5. Remove any hard cores or inedible parts from the celery and apples.
- 6. Cut the celery and apples into small pieces so they fit into the juicer.
- 7. Place the cut apples, celery, and washed ginger into the juicer.
- 8. Juice the ingredients and collect the juice in a container.
- 9. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the vegetable juice.
- 10. Stir the mixture well to combine all flavors.
- 11. Season the shot to taste with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
