  6. 6. Cut the celery and apples into small pieces so they fit into the juicer.
  7. 7. Place the cut apples, celery, and washed ginger into the juicer.
  8. 8. Juice the ingredients and collect the juice in a container.
  9. 9. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the vegetable juice.
  10. 10. Stir the mixture well to combine all flavors.
  11. 11. Season the shot to taste with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
