Ingredients
- 250 g Quark (20 % Fett)
- 1 pcs Ginger (4 cm)
- 1 tbsp Water
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 4 Calendula flowers (preferably organic quality)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger and grate it finely. Mix the quark with the water, the grated ginger, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Pluck the petals from three flowers and gently fold them into the quark mixture.
- 3. Serve the dip garnished with the remaining petals. A hearty whole grain bread pairs perfectly with it.
