🍽️ Fresh Ginger-Mango Dip

Ingredients
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1 mango
- lemon (juice)
- 1 tbsp grape seed oil
- 1 tbsp arugula leaf
- Tabasco
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Put the mango flesh and the ginger into a blender. Puree the ingredients until smooth. Now add the lemon juice and the oil, and stir everything vigorously until well combined.
- 2. Gently fold the finely chopped arugula leaves into the mixture. Season the dip to taste with a few drops of Tabasco, a pinch of salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
