  2. 2. Slice or shave four very thin, large pieces of ginger for decoration.
  3. 3. Peel 1.5 centimeters of the remaining ginger and grate it finely.
  4. 4. Halve the chilled mandarins and squeeze out the juice.
  5. 5. Mix the mandarin juice with the finely grated ginger.
  6. 6. Pour the mixture into glasses.
  7. 7. Insert one of the prepared ginger slices into each glass.
  8. 8. Serve the shake immediately.
