Ingredients
- 2 kg Mandarin
- 3 cm fresh Ginger
Instructions
- 1. Place the mandarins in the refrigerator for 60 minutes to ensure they are well chilled.
- 2. Slice or shave four very thin, large pieces of ginger for decoration.
- 3. Peel 1.5 centimeters of the remaining ginger and grate it finely.
- 4. Halve the chilled mandarins and squeeze out the juice.
- 5. Mix the mandarin juice with the finely grated ginger.
- 6. Pour the mixture into glasses.
- 7. Insert one of the prepared ginger slices into each glass.
- 8. Serve the shake immediately.
