  6. 6. Finely chop the ginger.
  7. 7. Rinse the mint under cold water.
  8. 8. Shake the mint dry.
  9. 9. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  10. 10. Finely chop the mint leaves.
  11. 11. Place the cucumber cubes, ginger, and mint into a blender.
  12. 12. Blend the ingredients into a smooth puree.
  13. 13. Pour the sparkling wine into the puree.
  14. 14. Pour the apple juice into the puree.
  15. 15. Mix everything well together.
  16. 16. Season the mixture with black pepper.
  17. 17. Pour the liquid into a shallow dish.
  18. 18. Place the dish in the freezer for about 4 hours.
